Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process customer orders from receipt to shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Oversee the coordination of inventory movement and ensure that stock levels are maintained accurately.
- Work closely with other teams, including warehouse staff and shipping personnel, to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Ensure proper labeling and packaging of items according to Amazons guidelines and safety standards.
- Track and monitor the progress of orders and inventory throughout the distribution center.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with orders, inventory, or delivery schedules.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team leaders to continuously improve processes and workflow.
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring orders are handled and processed with the utmost attention to detail.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in logistics or business is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and warehouse management software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as required (typically up to 50 pounds).
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
- Experience working with warehouse management systems or related software is an advantage.
