Key Responsibilities:

• Pack products securely to prevent damage during shipment
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks, following safety protocols

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse
• Meet or exceed performance metrics for order picking and packing
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills to operate order management systems
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 pounds)
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a warehouse setting
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Experience:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or retail environment is preferred but not required
• Experience with operating warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts or pallet jacks) is a plus

Working Hours:
