Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and Amazon to address their e-commerce needs, inquiries, and goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Strategic Planning & Growth
- Develop tailored strategies to help clients optimize their presence on Amazon, improve rankings, and boost sales.
- Monitor account performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and recommend solutions to enhance results.
- Manage product listings, promotions, and inventory to align with the client’s business objectives.
Client Support & Problem Solving
- Troubleshoot client account issues, resolve escalations promptly, and proactively address potential challenges.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and ensure they are fully equipped to succeed on Amazon's platform.
Performance Reporting
- Provide clients with regular reports on sales performance, ad campaigns, and operational metrics.
- Analyze data to make recommendations for improvements in product offerings, pricing, and advertising strategies.
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with internal Amazon teams (operations, advertising, and customer service) to streamline processes and achieve client goals.
- Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies, market trends, and industry developments to offer clients cutting-edge solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Amazon’s marketplace, Seller Central, and Vendor Central.
- Proven experience in account management, client relations, or e-commerce operations.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing metrics and providing actionable insights.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, e-commerce, or a similar role, preferably within the Amazon ecosystem.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple high-value client accounts simultaneously.
- Experience working remotely or in distributed teams is a plus.
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours with core availability between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (client’s timezone may apply).
- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to meet deadlines or address urgent client needs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Deep knowledge of Amazon’s advertising tools (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.) and their best practices.
- Ability to adapt to evolving client needs and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Team-oriented mindset and a willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to present complex information in a simple, clear manner to clients and stakeholders.
