Job Summary
As an Amazon Warehouse Operative, you will play a critical role in our fast-paced fulfillment centers, ensuring the efficient sorting, packing, and inventory management of products to meet the demands of our global customer base. Your primary duties will include organizing goods in the warehouse, packing items carefully and efficiently for shipment, and managing inventory to ensure optimal stock levels. You will work closely with team members and managers to ensure that operational standards are met and exceeded, while ensuring the safety of yourself and others in the warehouse. This is a hands-on role, requiring attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Key Responsibilities
- Sort and pack products for customer orders according to operational guidelines.
- Handle products carefully to minimize damage and ensure safe and secure packing.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to support smooth warehouse operations.
- Ensure that all shipments are correctly labeled and dispatched on time.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including scanners, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
- Assist with stock counts and audits, ensuring the accuracy of inventory records.
- Follow health and safety protocols, including wearing proper protective equipment and adhering to safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize warehouse operations and workflow.
- Assist in training new team members and ensure a positive working environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and independently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move items up to a certain weight limit.

Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment is preferred but not required.
- Experience in handling inventory or order fulfillment is an advantage.
- Previous use of warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts) is a plus, though training will be provided.
Working Hours
- Full-time positions available.
- Flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
- Weekend shifts may be required depending on operational demands.
