- Communicate with healthcare professionals and insurers to obtain necessary information and resolve billing issues.

- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance coding knowledge and skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a medical billing and coding certification is a plus.
