- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with the company’s products, promotions, and sales strategies to provide the best solutions to customers.
- Collaborate with team members and report feedback or trends to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer objections professionally, ensuring a positive resolution while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent written communication skills with impeccable grammar and spelling.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple chat windows simultaneously.
- Strong sales acumen with a focus on customer satisfaction and meeting targets.
- Ability to think quickly, solve problems, and handle objections effectively.

Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a remote chat support or live chat sales role is highly desirable.
Working Hours
