Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and sales progress.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to build trust.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align on goals and strategies.
• Provide feedback to improve sales processes and customer engagement techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in handling phone calls and engaging with customers.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency to manage records and sales tools.

Experience:

• Previous experience in tele sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Freshers with a passion for sales and customer interaction are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday
• 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Flexible hours may be considered based on performance and company needs.
