Key Responsibilities

- Provide detailed information about products and services.

- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to gather feedback or address any concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to improve scripts and strategies for customer engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in English or regional languages.
- A professional and friendly telephone manner.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM tools.

Experience
- No prior experience required.
- Freshers and candidates with 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales are welcome to apply.
Working Hours
- Flexible working hours, typically between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
